Vehicle Operation
Our vehicles are electric and require daily charging after use. Renters must plug in the cart each evening using the provided extension cord. Failure to maintain adequate charge may result in the cart becoming inoperable, for which the renter is responsible.
Driver Requirements
The minimum driver age is 21 years old. All drivers must possess a valid driver's license. Active full-coverage personal auto insurance is mandatory, and proof must be presented at rental start. The renter is responsible for ensuring their insurance covers LSV/golf cart rental use.
Prohibited Use
Operation under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rental termination. Our vehicles are for road use only. It is illegal to operate the vehicle on a road with a speed limit of 35 mph or greater. Vehicles cannot be used on sidewalks, beaches, or off-road locations.
Driver Approval
All drivers must be approved before operating. We reserve the right to refuse driver approval. We may terminate rentals immediately if an operator appears impaired or unsafe.
Renter Responsibilities
Renters must secure all personal items left in the vehicle. Renters are responsible for vehicle security; keys must remain in the renter's observable possession at all times. Renters bear all liability and damages resulting from vehicle operation.
Cancellation & Termination
We may cancel a rental at any time for suspected terms violations. Refunds in such cases are offered at company discretion. See our Cancellation Policy for standard cancellation terms.
Insurance Disclaimer
Providing insurance information does not guarantee coverage. Renters must verify coverage with their insurer before signing the rental agreement. Renters are responsible for any costs not covered by their insurance.
