Full refund minus 2.9% credit card processing fee and a $25.00 cancellation fee.
72 to 24 hours before rental
50% refund minus 2.9% credit card processing fee and a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours before rental
No refund for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the start time.

- Email us with your reservation details and cancellation request
- If you reach voicemail, leave a message and we will return your call promptly
All rentals are subject to our terms and conditions, including possession of suitable automobile driver's insurance with minimum coverage limits.
